The hair was very good quality, it was extremely soft and very minimal shedding !!! Costumers service was also really amazing when it came to communication!!! I think my sis did pretty good with this wig . It was already pre plucked it still needed more plucking but it was a great unit . And it’s not a thin wit I hate thin wigs and this looks pretty full for 3 bundels and frontal so I’m happy with it . Great quality
